Seat-based accounts exist for organizations putting people through licensing — a brokerage recruiting and paying to license candidates, a real estate school offering an adaptive layer beside its own course, an appraisal firm onboarding trainees, an inspection company running its own academy. It is an institutional arrangement rather than a plan you can buy on this page, so the price depends on the number of seats: pricing on request. A seat is the same product an individual subscriber gets — it is not education hours, it carries no credit of any kind, and it does not change what your state requires of the person sitting in it.

What none of them does is carry anything into the broker exam, or generate new material once you have worked through the bank.

There is a floor to this market of about forty dollars for a year of access to a fixed question bank, and it is honest about what it is. If all you want is a large pile of multiple-choice questions to grind, it is cheap and it works for that. It will not tell you why you missed one, it will not know your state’s law changed, and it will not show you a plat you have not already seen.

Where we sit, stated plainly: for one exam, in one state, once, a $79 window for that exact exam is a reasonable purchase and we are not going to pretend it is not. Where we win is everything after the first exam — the retake, the second state, the broker exam years later, the appraiser or inspector exam beside it — all of it included rather than repurchased, with nothing you proved thrown away in between, and the material that cannot be printed (a generated plat, a graded narrative, a conversation that answers back, a solver that catches the step) actually practiced. Yes, in one click from your account. Paid access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Switching off after your exam and back on when you decide to take the broker exam is the normal pattern here, not an edge case.
Is there a trial?

Does this replace the course my state requires?
No, and nothing sold in this category does. Your state requires pre-licensing education hours from a provider it has approved — between 40 and 180 hours depending on the state — and we are not an approved provider anywhere. You need the hours to be allowed to sit. This is what you use to actually be ready when you do.
What is included?

There are no add-ons and no premium tier above this one.
Which plan should I be on?
If your exam is booked inside a couple of months, monthly. If you are still working through the required hours, or you expect a retake, or you are planning on the broker exam or an appraiser classification, annual — which is cheaper from month ten onward.
Are exam or application fees included?
No. The examination fee, the application fee, fingerprinting and the education hours are all paid to your state, its vendor and its approved providers. Examination fees across the states run from about $37 to about $175. Confirm the current figures with your commission when you apply.
Do you sell seats to brokerages and schools?
Yes, as an institutional arrangement rather than a plan on this page. Pricing is on request and depends on the number of seats — get in touch and say roughly how many people you are putting through and what for. A seat is the same product an individual gets; it is not education hours and it carries no credit.
What if I fail and have to retake?
Resubscribe for the weeks you need and pick up where you left off — your profile, your proficiency and your history are preserved, and in a two-portion state the readiness estimate for the portion you failed is the one that matters. Retake rules, waiting periods and fees are your state’s. There is no pass guarantee here and no refund tied to a result.
